Director of Education- Robbert Jan Kok

Education Management Team (EMT) and Educational Institute – Educational Institute Secretariat
For general questions and remarks about education and education-related matters, such as complaints, proposals, travel requests, and courses.

Student Desks
Teachers can contact the students desks for matters such as:

  • Course registration
  • Schedule, courses, exams, dates, and locations
  • Submission of application and assessment forms for research projects
  • Registration of study results in Osiris
  • Study progress overview (SVO)
  • Graduation

Study Advisors
Teachers/tutors refer students to study advisors for:

  • Personal issues
  • Functional limitations
  • Study progress problems
  • Study planning problems
  • Study choice dilemmas
  • Questions about regulations and procedures

Study advisors also work together with teachers and tutors regarding:

  • Monitoring study progress data
  • Reporting any complaints/issues
  • Coordinating tutoring and student mentorship
  • Developing and maintaining education policies
